What is MCCA?

  • The Missouri Coalition of Children's Agencies advocates for the needs of more than 11,000 children in foster care or at risk of foster care.
  • For over 30 years, MCCA has been the collective voice of members, representing abused and neglected children and the people who care for these children.
  • One of the Coalition's main goals has been to encourage the state to accept the responsibility of providing adequate financial support for children in their care.
